1 baguette, 8 slices

2 figs, sliced

Olive oil, drizzle

1/2 cup goat cheese

1 tbsp honey

2 sprigs thyme

8 pinches of salt

Tips & Notes

Be careful to not slice figs too thin.

Make sure to bake the baguette and fig slices on separate oven trays or the juice from the figs will make the bread soggy.


Order Ingredients


Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the baguette and figs. On one oven tray place the baguette slices. On the other oven tray place the fig slices. Drizzle olive oil on both the baguette and fig slices and bake for 5 minutes. Remove to cool.

Add the goat cheese and honey to a small bowl and mix well. Then spread goat cheese mixture onto the baguette slices. Add fig slices on top of the cheese.

Remove thyme leaves from stem and sprinkle the thyme and salt on top figs.
