  • Can I use EBT (SNAP) on Instacart?

    Shoppers are now able to apply payments using EBT (SNAP) on Instacart purchases as of January 2023.

  • How do I make a return on Instacart?

    You can contact Instacart at  help@instacart.com or 888-246-7822.

    The Co-op cannot process returns for purchases made through Instacart.

     

  • Where do I park for Curbside Pick Up?

    Santa Monica:

    There are 3 reserved spaces for curbside pick up located at the end of the lot closest to the succulent planters.

    Culver City:

    There are 2 reserved spaces for curbside pick up located on the first level of the parking garage. Drive into the lot and follow the directional signage to the parking spot.

  • How does Curbside Pick Up work?

    Sign in to your Instacart account and shop our online store at delivery.coopportunity.com

    • Curbside pickup is available 7 days a week
    • Choose your pick-up time in the app. Orders can be placed up to 4 days in advance.
    • Curbside orders are shopped by Co-op team members.
