Sunflower Butter Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3 Tablespoons sweetener (molasses, raw honey, raw agave syrup, or monk fruit sweetener)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 Tablespoons unsweetened sunflower butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 Tablespoons almond milk (if needed to moisten the dough)
Tips & Notes
This recipe is keto, paleo, and vegan. The keto dough base is very customizable. Experiment with cinnamon, ginger, matcha, other nuts/seeds and fruit elements!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together and stir until dissolved.
3. Form into 1″ balls and flatten into cookies directly onto metal on a baking sheet (no parchment paper).
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
