Board of Directors Elections

Each October, eligible Owners* are sent an email with instructions on how to vote online in our Board of Directors Election. Paper ballots with detailed voting instructions are also made available in-store at both locations. Each ownership account has one vote.

*Owners who joined before October 1st of the voting year, and are fully invested or are up to date with their yearly membership payments are eligible to vote Board Elections.

Voting FAQ

How do I vote in the election?

Voting for Board Seats is available online via a digital ballot and in-store using a paper ballot.

  • Online Voting: Owners with an up-to-date email address on file will receive a link to the online ballot on October 19, 2025. Please ensure you submit your digital ballot by the submission deadline of November 3, 2025. If you encounter any issues with online voting, please visit the Customer Service Desk for assistance.
  • Paper Ballots: If you prefer, paper ballots are available at the Customer Service Desk. However, we encourage the use of digital ballots, so please make sure the Co-op has your current email address on file.

Important Note: If you submit both a paper ballot and an online ballot, only your online vote will be counted.
